Robert is an entrepreneur with a passion for real estate. Throughout his career he has built businesses on the belief that the true asset of every company are its people. After his years in the real estate and finance industry he decided to move with his family to Dubai.
While he consulted two large real estate firms in strategy and global expansion, he discovered the gap between the real estate industry in general and smart technology.
He founded a real estate training institute together with the government and developed the idea of a real estate marketplace with the unique combination of people, education and technology. The aim is to help people realize their dreams, clients and agents alike.
By following his lifelong passion for traveling he discovered the massive inequality when it comes to education. In 2007 he eventually founded a non-profit organization to serve kids in their access to education.
Alanes studied law in Sao Paulo and worked as managing director in a startup for the leasing of construction machines in Salvador de Bahia. After two years the company did a highly successful sales exit and Alanes moved to Dubai. She was heading a M&A team in one of Dubai’s leading real estate firms before she became COO in another leading real estate firm.
To help people to develop their potential and grow personally is one of Alanes key drivers. Her analytical skills, her strong sense for justice and her high empathy makes her successful in interpersonal communication. She loves to learn and develop new skills. She is both active and passive engaged in various non-profit organizations.
Udo W. Masrouki was born in 1965 in Wuerzburg. Since he studied business sciences with a focus on banking and credit economy, marketing and statistics in his native town Wuerzburg, where he graduated in 1992 with honors, he is acting in the area of finance and capital investments. After his time as a trainee of the Deutsche Bank AG, he learned the profession from scratch as an investment adviser and later as a portfolio manager in the asset management of Deutsche Bank in Nuremberg. Over the next six years he was able to expand his experience in the market of independent distributors and consultants, when he was responsible for the German Herold as Director for Northern Bavaria. During this time, 1996, together with a fellow student, the foundation for the FinanzNet was layed, which primarily dealt with the operation of the correspondent platform on the subject of finances. His last position outside the FinanzNet group led him to Leverkusen to the Luxembourg investment company GAMAX, where he was responsible for developing the company as CEO until early 2002. During this time Masrouki learnt much from the company founder Walter Schmitz and got the finishing touch for his future career. After the sale of GAMAX in the summer of 2002 Masrouki accepted the challenge as an entrepreneur and concentrated himself exclusively on his group of companys held by FinanzNet Holding AG.
In addition to the expansion of FinanzNet to a broker association with over 3,000 distribution partners follow since then product developments and business start-ups, accompanied by Masrouki as a member of the management, director of the board or as consulting investor in different, partially stock listed, company’s in the fund, venture capital and real estate industry.
Udo W. Masrouki is the author of the textbook "Beta-Werte deutscher Standardaktien für taegliche, woechentliche und monatliche Kursschwankungen", which is commercially available.
Prof. Dr. Zoltán Á. Zomotor was born in 1964 in Stuttgart. He studied mechanical engineering with a focus on control engineering and automotive engineering at the University of Stuttgart and at the University of Tucson Arizona. He then worked for today's Daimler AG in various research and development areas as an engineer. He earned his doctorate during his time at Daimler AG at the University of Stuttgart and was then appointed in 2012 to the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Stuttgart as a professor of computer science.
In addition to his work at the university, he has served as a supervisory board member since 2020 and since 2021 on the Innovation Board of various listed companies.
Marwan Kourban El Choueiry is of Lebanese origin, born in Bahrain, graduated from the UK with a Masters in Civil Engineering and Project Management and worked in England, Qatar and the UAE, which has equipped him with a multicultural outlook on life. Marwan started his career in construction and development of real estate ranging from residential and commercial through to government funded, mega Industrial projects.
He encompasses a unique wealth of knowledge related to real estate. With almost 20 years of experience across the majority of disciplines associated with the field of real estate including, but not limited to, conceptual design, construction planning, feasibility studies, construction execution and management, Real estate investments, advisory services and brokering.
As an avid Entrepreneur Marwan has spearheaded the initiation and growth of two Company’s, 4 Engineering established in Beirut, Lebanon and Bedrock Trading and Contracting in Doha Qatar both of which revolve around the construction and sales of real estate.
Marwan is always trying to educate people on the importance of investments believing it to be the key to a successful financial future.
He believes that one should always surround themselves with people who are smarter than themselves as it is the fastest and easiest way to grow.
Preeti is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Born in India, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration and has since worked in both India and the UAE.
Throughout her career, Preeti has developed a reputation for excellence in people management, mentoring, and training. Her passion for helping others has been a driving force behind her success, and she has been instrumental in developing the careers of many talented professionals. She has attended numerous industry conferences and workshops, keeping her skills and knowledge up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others, and has developed and delivered numerous training programs throughout her career.
In her personal life, Preeti enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and exploring new cultures. She is actively involved in her community and volunteers her time to support various charitable causes.
